1x per week personal training

With the GET FIT programme, you get personal training once a week. The personal trainer is really your accountability and support system to create structure and motivation. Together with your personal trainer you will work on the right posture, techniques and possible injuries. You will build up muscles and condition and you will feel more confident to perform well in the group classes.

Stronger together

Small group training twice a week.

In addition to the training with your personal trainer, you also have a small group training session twice a week. You train with a maximum of 7 other people in a group. Because you train in small groups, you still get the personal attention you need. This also helps a lot to motivate each other, share the struggle and knowing that you are not alone, It’s cozy and great for your well being.

Keeping track of your progress

Of course you want to see results after all your hard work. That is why we keep track of your progress every three weeks and you can see how much you have improved. We do this by means of a body scan and a fitness test. We look at what the challenges were and use this feedback to adjust the programme to your personal goals and wishes.

A good start is half the battle

Kickstart package for a flying start .

To get off to a good start, we provide you with a kick-start package. This will help you from the first second onwards. It is important that you not only follow the training but also adjust your lifestyle. The kick-start package contains tips that you can apply in your daily life to achieve the optimal result.

You are what you eat

The right nutrition with the help of nutrition guidance.

Exercise alone is not enough. Nutrition is also an important part of getting fit. Fortunately, you do not have to do this alone. We give you 4 weeks of nutritional guidance through our food app so you don't have to find out for yourself what is healthy and what is not. This does not mean that we will put you on a strict diet. We ask you to keep to your normal eating pattern for a week and to log this in the app. Based on your eating pattern, we will determine which adjustments you can make to achieve your goals. We will then monitor this for 4 weeks and discuss this twice a week so that you stay focused and achieve results quickly.

During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.

Free trial lesson

On the basis of the intake interview, we will put together a suitable trial session. During the trial session we will do an extensive body scan and you will do the first exercises together with your personal trainer.

Getting started

If everything is to your liking and ours, we can get started. You will notice that training takes some getting used to in the beginning, but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from the very first moment.

The GET FIT programme is a combination of personal training and small group training. You will receive personal training once a week. You will work together with a personal trainer on your wishes and goals. He will teach you the right attitude and techniques that you can apply in the small group training. How many times a week do I train and how long are the sessions?

You train 3 times a week. This is divided into 1 personal training and 2 times small group training. The sessions all take one hour.

Should I pay all at once or monthly?

No, you do not have to pay for everything at once and you can pay per month. The Get fit programme itself lasts for 3 months and many clients like to continue training at Beyond fit afterwards. Of course, it is up to you to decide which way you want to continue.

What happens if I am on holiday during the programme?

Of course, you also need rest and we understand if you go on holiday for a while. If you go on holiday for more than 2 weeks we will put the programme on pause. If you go less than 2 weeks you can catch up on the lessons yourself. Of course it is wise to keep moving during your holiday so that we can pick up where we left off.

Can you still help me if I have an injury?

Yes, we do! All our trainers have a medical background. Our Physiotherapists have the right knowledge to help you get rid of your injury and train safely.

How long will it take before I see results?

Every three weeks, we review your progress. In these three weeks, we expect you to have lost some weight, reduced your fat percentage and feel fitter and more energetic. Especially if you follow the advice of the nutrition coaching, you will see results quickly. Of course, it depends on how motivated you are and how hard you train for it.
