It always starts with a small step. If you would like to get started with [acf field="ondewerpenkelvoud"] and think we can help you well, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview

During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.

Free trial lesson

Based on the intake interview, we will schedule a number of trial lessons. We will let you experience the training and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial lesson, we will perform an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

Getting started

If everything is to your liking and ours, we can get started. You will notice that training takes some getting used to in the beginning, but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from the very first moment.

How many times a week are the trainings and how long are the classes?
The fitness for the elderly program called "senior fit" includes 2 to 3 workouts per week. The workouts last 1 hour at a time. It is also important to keep moving outside of the workouts. For example, ride your bike to the supermarket or go for a nice walk. In this way you stay conscious of your health outside of the training sessions.
Is it also possible to get additional guidance to achieve my goals?
Yes, this is certainly possible. We also offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching. For an additional price, our nutrition coach will teach you everything you need to know for a healthy lifestyle and eating pattern.
How do you guys make sure I can train in a safe way without getting injured?
With the Senior fit program you train in small groups so you always get the personal guidance you need. During the trainings we focus on injury prevention and the correct posture and techniques to prevent injuries. Our coaches all have a medical background as physiotheraphy, mensendieck or sports science so we can always train you in a safe way.
