How can I start with ?

It always starts with a small step. If you would like to get started and think we can help you well, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview

During the intake, we will look together at what you are currently struggling with and discuss your goals and you will hear from us how we can help you.

Free trial class

Based on the intake interview, we schedule a few trial classes. We let you experience the workouts and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial class we will do an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

Getting Started

If everything from us and from you is satisfactory, we can get started. You will find that training at the beginning takes some getting used to but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from moment one.

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK ARE THE TRAININGS AND HOW LONG ARE THE CLASSES?
The program includes 2 workouts per week. Depending on your goal and budget, it is also possible to train more often during the week. The training sessions last 1 hour each time. You will also need to keep moving outside of the workouts. Therefore our personal trainers give you "homework" such as 1000 steps a day or to take the bike instead of the car to learn healthy habits. This way, you'll keep working on your goals even on days you don't meet your coach.
WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH WITH NUTRITION COACHING?
"Give someone a fish and feed them for a day, teach them to fish and feed them for a lifetime." This is also how we approach our nutrition coaching. We don't just tell you what to eat but teach you all about how to eat healthy so you can continue to apply it yourself. Without the application of a healthy eating pattern, you won't start seeing results either.
HOW DO YOU CUSTOMIZE A PROGRAM?
With personal training, you receive 1-on-1 instruction. This ensures that the workouts are completely personalized to your needs. Before we start training we look at your needs and goals. Based on your needs and goals we can create a training schedule. Every 6 weeks we sit down together for a 20-minute evaluation to review the program and give feedback on progress.
