How many times a week are the trainings and how long are the classes?
The program includes 2-3 workouts per week. The trainings last 1 hour at a time. It is also important to keep moving outside of the workouts. For example, ride your bike to the supermarket or go for a nice walk. In this way you can stay aware of your health outside of the training sessions.
Am I obligated to complete the 12-week subscription?
At Beyondfit, we like a personal approach and think along with you about your situation. Together we look at the possibilities and find the right solution.
Is it possible to get additional guidance to achieve my goals?
Yes this is definitely possible. We also offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching. For an additional price, our nutrition coach will teach you everything for a healthy lifestyle and eating pattern.
How many times can I pause my contract?
You can pause your contract 1 time. However, we do have the rule that you have to give us plenty of notice. In addition, your vacation period must be at least 2 weeks.
