How To Start Your Small Group Training

Starting your fitness transformation with us is very simple. It's designed to make you feel confident from day one. Our process is clear, supportive and focused on your needs. Here you can start strong and build momentum with clarity and ease.

The first step is to schedule your first visit, either online or in person. During this session, we get to know your goals, fitness level and lifestyle. It's a relaxed introduction that will ensure your journey begins on the right foot

Step 2: Receive Your Personal Plan

In this step, our trainers design a clear plan tailored to your body and schedule. Whether you focus on strength training, weight loss or general fitness, you will receive an appropriate program that is both achievable and motivating.

This is the final step to your first small group training. You'll experience the support of a close-knit team. With our expert coaching and peer motivation, you'll feel powerful, engaged and ready to push your limits

How many times a week are the trainings and how long are the classes?
Small group training allows you to train as often as you want. The training sessions last 1 hour
What is your approach with nutrition coaching?
With the small group training program you will receive a nutrition consultation that will show you how to adopt a healthy eating pattern. It is also possible to get additional guidance from one of our nutrition coaches at an additional cost. We then offer you an online food app coaching program for a minimum of 6 weeks.
What happens when I go on vacation?
Of course, you also need a rest, and we understand if you need to take a break. We give you the opportunity to put your contract on pause if you want to take a break. However, we recommend that you keep moving around a bit during your vacation so we can pick up where we left off.
When can I expect results?
Generally, you will begin to see and feel results after 2 to 3 weeks. Especially if you also pay close attention to your nutrition and keep coming to training consistently. However, we will do everything we can to get you in the right flow.
