With our small group training you train in small groups of 4-7 people focused on strength training under the guidance of one of our coaches. It is important to keep track of your progress. Every 6 weeks we do a full body inbody scan. This allows us to learn more about different parts of your body such as your fat percentage, muscle mass, weight and BMR.

With our small group trainings you train your whole body and no muscle group will be skipped. Sometimes you work more on your legs and other times more on your upper body. You work on your strength and condition and learn proper posture and techniques to prevent injuries.

It always starts with small steps. If you would like to start a small group training programme and think we could help you, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview
During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.
Free trial lesson
Based on the intake interview, we will schedule a number of trial lessons. We will let you experience the training and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial lesson, we will perform an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.
