Personal training at Beyondfit
At Beyondfit, we provide a personalized approach. Everyone is unique and has different needs. Together with a personal trainer you will determine what your goals and wishes are. You will receive a personalized training and nutrition plan that you will work on together. You will learn how to exercise correctly and how to adapt your diet and lifestyle. As a result, you will not only see progress during your training process, but you will also be able to continue it on your own afterwards. We will teach you everything you need to know for healthy lifestyle and long-term solution. It is important to stay healthy also outside the training sessions, therefore the trainer will also give you tips to adapt small habits in your daily life.
What does personal training at Beyondfit mean?
- 1-on-1 personal training 2 times a week

How can I start Personal training?
It always starts with a small step. If you would like to start personal training and think we can help you well, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview
During the intake, we will look together at what you are currently struggling with and discuss your goals and you will hear from us how we can help you.
Free trial class
Based on the intake interview we will put together a suitable trial class. During the trial class we will do an extensive body scan and you will do the first exercises together with your personal trainer.

Why is personal training necessary?
Want to get fitter, get more energy or learn how to do strength training in a safe way along with a Personal trainer? At beyondfit, it is possible. Our personal trainers, in addition to guiding you while working out, will also help you learn a healthy & better lifestyle.
It requires an awful lot of self-discipline and structure to start working out on your own and then keep doing it regularly. In addition, you may not know exactly which exercises are good for your body and how to perform them properly. Because of this, many people feel too insecure to perform their exercises in a crowded gym.
Our personal trainers are happy to help you achieve your goals, encourage you to keep pushing forward and help you avoid injury. We know better than anyone that performing exercises correctly is difficult and takes time to learn.
Our goal is to motivate you to feel more comfortable and confident during our 1 on 1 training sessions. Time is a must to get this right but if you recognize yourself in the problems below and really want to change, Beyondfit feels like coming home.

Is it possible to work on my goals with personal training if I suffer from symptoms or injuries?
What happens when I go on vacation?
How many times a week are the trainings and how long are the classes?
Training sessions last 1 hour at a time.
In addition, you will also need to keep moving outside of workouts. That is why our personal trainers give you "homework" such as 1000 steps a day or to take the bike instead of the car to learn healthy habits. This way, you'll keep working on your goals even on days you don't meet your coach.
When can I expect results?

- Body composition measurement: Every 3 weeks we do an inbody scan. With an inbody scan, we measure whether your body is properly balanced. It is one of the most popular and reliable medical fitness scales that give very accurate results.
- Fitness Test: Every 6 weeks we do a fitness test to see if you have improved physically and fitness wise.
What is your approach with nutrition coaching?
This is also how we approach our nutrition coaching. We don't just tell you what to eat but teach you all about how to eat healthy so you can continue to apply it yourself. Without the application of a healthy eating pattern, you won't start seeing results either.
How do you hold me accountable?
- Each week we will discuss the homework assignments you have been given by your trainer.
- We provide coaching on your nutrition log that you keep
- We always check in on days you don't meet with your trainer.
This high level of communication and responsibility ensures that you also stay on track on the days between training sessions. This ensures that you make progress each week.
