We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our website: which pages they view, which devices they use and how many visitors request an appointment. We look at groups of visitors and statistics, not individual people. We use this information to improve the website.

Marketing and advertising cookies

We use these cookies to tailor our advertisements to your interests and measure which advertisement brings people to our website. This includes remarketing through Google Ads and advertising on Facebook and Instagram. After visiting our website, you may therefore see a BeyondFit advertisement on another website or in a feed.

Third-party cookies

Some parts of our website are provided by other parties. They may place their own cookies when you use that feature. This includes booking an appointment through Calendly, videos embedded through YouTube and links to WhatsApp. We have no control over these parties’ cookies; their own privacy and cookie policies apply.

Booking an appointment

If you book a free Health Check or another appointment, this takes place through Calendly. When you use that module, Calendly places cookies to remember your appointment and preferences. We use the information you enter there only to schedule your appointment and follow up with you.

Advertising and remarketing

We advertise on Google, Facebook and Instagram. For this, we use these platforms’ measurement technologies: code on our website (the Meta pixel and Google Ads tag) and, for Meta, the Conversions API. With the latter, some measurement data is sent from our server rather than your browser. Information such as your email address is sent in encrypted form so Meta can determine whether an advertisement led to an enquiry without your information being shared in a readable form.

We use this data to see which advertisements work and to show advertisements to people who have previously visited our website. You can opt out through your advertising settings at Google and Meta, or by refusing marketing cookies in your browser.

Refusing or deleting cookies

You can refuse or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. In Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, you will find these options under privacy or security settings. Bear in mind that some parts of the website may then work less well, such as booking an appointment or playing a video.

You can also opt out specifically from Google Analytics through the browser add-on provided by Google.
