Who says you can only train up to a certain age? With our senior fit programme, you can train together with other over-60s to keep your body healthy. It is important to stay fit as you get older to prevent various diseases and injuries. At Beyondfit, we ensure that you can train in a safe manner under the guidance of our personal trainers. You will train in small groups in a fun atmosphere but you will work on your own goals with personal guidance. It is not only good for you but also super cozy. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea with your fellow sportsmen and women after your workout.

Train in small groups

With the senior fit programme you will train in small groups with your fellow 60+ members. During these training sessions you will still get all the personal attention you need and our coaches will always guide you. You can motivate each other and the coaches serve as good support and accountability.

Prevent injuries

It is important that you are able to train in a responsible way. Our coaches will teach you the right form, posture and techniques and will always guide you properly to prevent injuries. With our physiotherapists, you can be sure that you will always be able to move safely.

Train at your own pace

It does not matter how much sports experience you already have. If you are just starting out or if you have been training for a while, we always make sure you can train at your own pace. It is important that you feel comfortable and can indicate how far you can go. Our coaches will always listen to your wishes and needs.

Conviviality!

Sport is not only good for you but it is also important that it remains fun. Together with fellow 60-plussers, you train hard to reach your goals, but we also make sure that every training session is fun. Afterwards, you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee to close the training together.

How can I start the Senior Fit Programme?

It always starts with small steps. If you would like to start with the Senior Fit programme and think that we can help you well, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview

During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.

Free trial lesson

Based on the intake interview, we will schedule a number of trial lessons. We will let you experience the training and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial lesson, we will perform an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

Getting started

If everything is to your liking and ours, we can get started. You will notice that training takes some getting used to in the beginning, but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from the very first moment.

Do you want to lose weight and work on a fitter body? At Beyondfit, we do not work on a short term basis, but on a sustainable basis so that you can continue to do so. We teach you the right posture and techniques and guide you with the right exercises. We also focus not only on training more, but we find it important that you learn an overall healthy lifestyle. It is important to stay healthy and exercise regularly outside of training. Our coaches will motivate you to adopt a healthy lifestyle both during and outside of training.

How many times a week are the training sessions and how long do the lessons last?

The programme includes 2 to 3 training sessions per week. The training sessions last one hour each time. In addition, it is important to keep moving outside of training sessions. For example, go to the supermarket by bike or go for a nice walk. In this way, you also remain conscious of your health outside of the training sessions.

Am I obliged to complete the 12-week subscription?

At Beyondfit, we like a personal approach and we like to think along with you about your situation. Together we look at the possibilities and find the right solution.

Is it possible to get extra support to achieve my goals?

Yes, this is certainly possible. We also offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching. For an additional price, our nutrition coach will teach you everything you need to know for a healthy lifestyle and eating pattern.

How often can I pause my contract?

You can pause your contract once. However, we do have the rule that you have to indicate this in advance. In addition, your holiday period must be at least 2 weeks.
