How can I start with the Weight loss program?

It always starts with small steps. If you want to start with the weight loss programme and you think that we can help you well, it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview

During the intake we will look together at what you are struggles are, discuss your goals and find out how we can help you.

Free trial lesson

Based on the intake interview, we will schedule a number of trial lessons. We will let you experience the training and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial lesson, we will perform an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

Getting started

If everything is to your liking and ours, we can get started. You will notice that training takes some getting used to in the beginning, but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from the very first moment.

How many times a week are the training sessions and how long do the lessons last?
The programme includes 2 to 3 training sessions per week. The training sessions last one hour each time. In addition, it is important to keep moving outside of training sessions. For example, go to the supermarket by bike or go for a nice walk. In this way, you also remain conscious of your health outside of the training sessions.
Am I obliged to complete the 12-week subscription?
At Beyondfit, we like to take a personal approach and think about your situation. We like to look at the possibilities together and find the right solution together.
Is it possible to get extra support to achieve my goals?
Yes this is definitely possible. We also offer nutrition and lifestyle coaching with the seniorfit personal training program. Our nutrition coach will teach you everything for a healthy lifestyle and eating pattern.
How often can I pause my contract?
You can pause your contract once. However, we do have the rule that you have to indicate this in advance. In addition, your holiday period must be at least 2 weeks.
