How many times a week do I train and how long are the sessions?

The program includes 2 personal training sessions per week, and the training sessions last 1 hour each time. If you really want to work on building muscle fast, we advise you to train 3 times a week. You can do this by adding an extra session to your package or by training independently at home.

In addition, it is important that you keep moving outside of workouts. Therefore, our personal trainers will also give you "homework" such as 10000 steps, cycling to work or a small home workout. This way, you also keep working on your goals on days you don't meet with your coach.

How do you hold me accountable?
  • Each week you will be given small assignments such as taking 1000 steps in a day and you will discuss these with your trainer.
  • We give you nutrition coaching and you keep your food diary in our Beyondfit app
  • We always check in on days you don't meet with your coach.
What is your approach with nutrition coaching?

"Give someone a fish and feed them for a day, teach them to fish and feed them for a lifetime."

This is also how we approach our nutrition coaching. We don't just tell you what to eat but teach you all about how to eat healthy so you can continue to apply it yourself. Without the application of a healthy eating pattern, you won't start seeing results either.

How will my progress and results be tracked?

We measure your progress and results in two different ways:

  • Body composition measurement: Every 3 weeks we do an inbody scan. With an inbody scan, we measure whether your body is properly balanced. It is one of the most popular and reliable medical fitness scales that give very accurate results.
  • Fitness Test: Every 6 weeks we do a fitness test to see if you have improved physically and fitness wise.

How many times a week do I train and how long are the sessions?

Per week you train 3 times. This is divided into 1 personal training session and 2 Small group training sessions. The sessions all last 1 hour.

Should I pay all at once or per month?

No, you don't have to pay everything in 1x and can pay per month. The Get fit program itself lasts 3 months and many clients like to continue training at Beyond fit after that. It is of course up to you to decide which way to continue.

What happens if I am on vacation during the program?

Of course, you also need rest and we understand if you are going on vacation for a while. If you go on vacation for more than 2 weeks we will pause the program. If you go for less than 2 weeks, you can catch up on your lessons. Of course it is wise to keep moving a little bit during your vacation so we can pick up where we left off.

Can you still help me when I have an injury?

Yes! All of our trainers have a medical background. Our Physical Therapists have the right knowledge to help you get rid of your injury and have you train safely.

How long will it take before I start seeing results?

Every three weeks we review your progress. In these three weeks we expect that you have lost some weight, that your fat percentage has decreased and that you feel fitter and more energetic. Especially if you follow the advice of the nutrition coaching you will see results quickly. Of course it depends on how motivated you are and how hard you train yourself.
