Yes that is still possible! There is a price list at the bar where you can get your own things.
Is there anyone who can help me at the honesty bar?
If there are coaches on standby they will definitely help you. But the honesty bar is a self-service bar, where you can basically do everything yourself, just like at home.
Can I use the honesty bar if I am not a member?
Currently, you can only use the honesty bar if you have a subscription with Beyondfit. Maybe we will change this in the future.
How often does the menu change?
We have a different menu each week with a variety of fish, meat and vegetarian and vegan options.

The Beyondfit working method

Intake & Trial Lesson

Before you begin at BeyondFit, we start with a free, no-obligation intake. You will meet with one of our coaches to discuss your goals and preferences. Using a simple questionnaire, we review what is going well, what can be improved and where adjustments will have the most effect.

During the intake we also do an InBody scan to analyze your body composition. Based on your fitness level, lifestyle and any injuries, we advise which program is best for you.

Then we'll give you a tour of the gym so you can experience the facilities and atmosphere for yourself. Bring your gym clothes-you'll also get the chance to take a free trial class and really experience what working out at BeyondFit feels like."

InBody Scan

Every body is unique. That's why we use the InBody device to get an accurate picture of your body composition. This analysis measures muscle mass, fat mass, bone, fluid and BMI, providing insights far beyond standard measurements.

Are the intake and trial class free?

Yes, the intake and trial lesson are completely free and without obligation. So you are not stuck with anything yet.

How long will the intake take?

The intake takes a total of 30 minutes. This is divided into 20 minutes for the interview with the questionnaire and 10 minutes for the Inbodyscan.

How long does the trial lesson last?

The trial class lasts 30 minutes where we do a fit test and a short workout.

Why is an intake important?

To arrive at a solution, you must first understand the problem. The intake allows us to understand your history, your current situation and where you want to go (goal). With this information, we can then decide which solution is best for you.

Can I schedule a trial lesson right after the intake?

Yes, we recommend doing the trial lesson immediately after the intake. This ensures that we can collect all the data at once and thus provide the right solution for you right away.

What should I bring to the intake and trial class?

We recommend taking the trial class immediately after the intake. Therefore, it is always helpful to put on sportswear. In addition, we hope for an "I CAN" mentality and an open mind.

Training builds strength, but nutrition fuels your progress. That's why nutrition is an important part of getting fit. You don't have to figure it out on your own. For four weeks, you'll receive nutritional guidance via our food app. During the first week you log your meals according to your normal pattern. Based on this input, we make adjustments that fit your lifestyle and goals. Then we track your progress through the app and offer two weekly check-ins. With support from our fitness coach and personal gym Heemskerk, you'll stay accountable, focused and get closer to results you can see and feel.

How many times a week do I train and how long are the sessions?

Per week you train 3 times. This is divided into 1 personal training session and 2 Small group training sessions. The sessions all last 1 hour.

Should I pay all at once or per month?

No, you don't have to pay everything in 1x and can pay per month. The Get fit program itself lasts 3 months and many clients like to continue training at Beyond fit after that. It is of course up to you to decide which way to continue.

What happens if I am on vacation during the program?

Of course, you also need rest and we understand if you are going on vacation for a while. If you go on vacation for more than 2 weeks we will pause the program. If you go for less than 2 weeks, you can catch up on your lessons. Of course it is wise to keep moving a little bit during your vacation so we can pick up where we left off.

Can you still help me when I have an injury?

Yes! All of our trainers have a medical background. Our Physical Therapists have the right knowledge to help you get rid of your injury and have you train safely.

How long will it take before I start seeing results?

Every three weeks we review your progress. In these three weeks we expect that you have lost some weight, that your fat percentage has decreased and that you feel fitter and more energetic. Especially if you follow the advice of the nutrition coaching you will see results quickly. Of course it depends on how motivated you are and how hard you train yourself.
