A healthy diet is an important component when you want to build muscle. No strict diets for a short period of time but focused on sustainable results. You get weekly nutrition coaching so you learn everything about a healthy diet and how to apply it yourself. So you can continue to enjoy good food without feeling guilty.
PHYSICAL PERFORMANCE CHECK
Fit test
Every 6 weeks we do a fit test to see if there are improvements in your physical performance. This provides extra motivation to keep going and then you will see that you make progress every 6 weeks.
MEASURING IS KNOWING
Maintain progress
It is important to keep track of your progress. Every three weeks we not only look at how much weight you've already lost but do a full body scan. This allows us to learn more about different parts of your body such as your fat percentage, muscle mass and size.

Evaluation moment
Every 6 weeks we have an evaluation moment where we discuss the progress. This allows us to see if there are things that need to be adjusted and where we need to pay more attention. This way we know for sure that we can get the best out of the program.
How can I start with the Fit for life program?
It always starts with a small step. If you would like to start Fit for life program and think we can help you well then it starts with a free intake. These are the steps to take.

Free intake interview
During the intake, we will look together at what you are currently struggling with and discuss your goals and you will hear from us how we can help you.

Free trial class
Based on the intake interview we will put together a suitable trial class. During the trial class we will do an extensive body scan and you will do the first exercises together with your personal trainer.

Getting Started
If everything from us and from you is satisfactory, we can get started. You will find that training at the beginning takes some getting used to but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from moment one.

What kind of long-term results can I expect?
In the long run, you will see that your body will start to change. You will lose weight, gain more muscle mass and have better posture. Am I required to take out an annual subscription?
At Beyondfit, we like a personal approach and think along with you about your situation. Together we look at the possibilities and find the right solution.
How will my progress and results be tracked?
We measure your progress and results in 2 different ways:Â
- Body composition measurement: Every 3 weeks we do an inbody scan. With an inbody scan, we measure whether your body is properly balanced. It is one of the most popular and reliable medical fitness scales that give very accurate results.
- Fitness Test: Every 6 weeks we do a fitness test to see if you have improved physically and fitness wise.
How many times can I pause my contract?
You can pause your contract as many times as you like. However, we do have a rule that you have to give us 2-4 weeks notice. In addition, your vacation period must be at least 2 weeks.
