How does it work?

This program integrates nutrition, exercise and coaching. Our team of dietitians, personal coaches and a mental coach focus on:

  • Knowledge about healthy food and gaining more insight in your eating behavior.
  • Intrinsic motivation – ensuring that you do not miss any training sessions and remain motivated.
  • Change in the learned (incorrect) eating patterns that need to be broken.

This way you achieve short and long-term results and have more insight on how to permanently improve your lifestyle.

FAQ Weight loss Amsterdam

Please note! Training is important, but you will not get there without eating the right nutrition. It is easier not to eat a bar of chocolate than to burn 500 calories!

With training 3 times a week and following the nutrition plan you can lose 0.5 to 1 kg per week. This is a healthy and responsible way to lose weight.

Based on your intake with the dietitian and your food diary, we prepare a personal nutrition plan. We take into account you’re eating habits, preferences and lifestyle and ensure that the plan is feasible and that it suits you.

This is a moment of contact with your dietitian, personal coach or mental coach depending on your package. This is a moment for you to discuss your results, progress and ask questions; also for you to set new goals for the coming weeks.

  • One-off intake dietitian
  • Dietitian follow-up consultation: 2 x coaching of 20 minutes every 2 weeks.
  • Dietitian weighing moment: 2 times per 4 weeks (10 minutes at a time).
  • Mental coaching: 3, 6 or 12 one hour sessions (depending on your package)
  • Personal coach: Weekly

Train together:
The training sessions are focused on fat burning, condition and muscle strengthening. You will train in a small group of 6-8 people while being guided by a personal trainer. You will receive sufficient attention and guidance to perform the exercises with correct technique and posture.

You may participate in the BeyondFit lose weight training sessions 2 to 4 times a week dependent on your package.

  • We use an evidence-based approach to nutrition. Our dietary advice is based on scientific facts, not on constantly changing trends.
  • Staying fit and healthy means you may have to change your lifestyle. Our program focuses on long-term health. Education is therefore a priority.
  • The BeyondFit weight loss program is complete and tailor-made.

Contacting this gym and getting a 1-year personal training contract has been hands down one of the best decisions I've ever taken in my life. The staff is approachable and down to earth, the environment is quite relaxed, but you can tell that David is a dedicated professionals who' s clearly driven by passion and really wants you to get better each time you train. The same can be said about every other instructor I had the privilege to train with. Also, the holistic approach, including coaching and a personalised food plan, is hard to beat. I would recommend Beyondfit to anyone, I promise you won't be disappointed!

I have been training here for 3 months now. All the staff and trainers are really nice and helpful. I have started to notice results because of my training. It's definitely recommended gym for someone who wants get some fitness discipline.

One of my best decision taking is to train at GOH! Still going and I highly recommend it!. Everybody is so friendly and professional.! And yes you have fun with working hard 🙂 I have PT sessions for now, I train mainly with Luis, Rodney, David, and lately Scott. They help you achieve your goal..they advise you..motivate you .correct you.. Ask anything, they take time to answer! They are professionals, they listen to your needs, they learn to know you, your strenghts, your weaknesses, they will adapt the traning to you yet challenging you. They are also sooooo patient and understanding 🙂 ! And you can laugh and chit chat too 🙂 just perfect.!This is not just a fitness centre..this is so much more..you learn a lot: body AND mind! These guys are not just top pro trainers but are also: great teachers!! So tumbs up to the entire team and a special petit coup de coeur for Luis :)).

Ik had 30 personal trainingen geboekt bij GOH met het doel een gezondere levensstijl aan te leren in de vorm van goede voeding in combinatie met sporten. Ik heb bijna al mijn trainingen met Rodney gedaan en ben echt super tevreden met wat ik behaald heb! Nooit gedacht om zoveel verschil te zien na 15 weken. Rodney is een goede trainer, hij is professioneel, grappig en weet goed hoe te motiveren. Ook als ik oefeingen zwaar vond of niet begreep was hij geduldig en legde uit. Daarnaast is de rest van het team ook super vriendelijk en ging ik echt elke week weer met zin naar GOH. De afspraken bij Daphne om mijn vooruitgang te meten waren super motiverend en het was leuk om te leren welke voeding goed past bij mijn levensstijl. Alles bij elkaar zeker een aanrader!

GOH is the best! GOH teaches you how to change your lifestyle and keep it. Not just another crash diet but a balanced way of eating that I can easliy incorprate into my daily life. The training kicks my ass, exactly what I need. Motivating, stimulating and Dave does not let you be lazy. He is very knowledgeble about ways to train to get the results that you want. Highly recommended if you have tried to get in shape yourself but never seem to get there on your own.

GOH Concept heeft mij echt goed geholpen met afvallen!De combinatie van voedingsadviezen van een diëtist en de trainingen van een personal coach heft mij geholpen om die moeilijke kilo's kwijt te raken.Ook vond ik het erg fijn dat het goed gelegen is, namelijk in Amsterdam West. Mijn levensstijl is helemaal veranderd waardoor die kilo's er af blijven en het afvallen niet voor niets is geweest.David Billy is echt een top personal trainer en ook van fysiotherapie weet hij veel af.Kortom, GOH Concept is echt een aanrader als je op een gezonde en blijvende manier wilt afvallen.
