What does a Free intake entail?

  • We will discuss your past training history, and together determine what support is needed to best help you.
  • We will then determine together which program suits you best.
  • You will then get a tour of our boutique studio and schedule a trial lesson.

When can I expect results?

  • Structure and regularity are essential in achieving results, as is a good click with Personal trainer.
  • After 2 weeks of regular training, you will notice that you become stronger, build fitness and have more energy.
  • After 4 weeks, you can expect fat loss if you follow the nutrition plan.
  • After 8 weeks you start to build muscle, and get a defined tight appearance.

Can I train with physical complaints?

Yes! This is possible because we have a multidisciplinary team. Our personal trainers are also physiotherapists and therefore emphasize especially on posture, technique and physical loads. We therefore always have a trial class so you can decide if this is something for you. During the trial class we measure your results and assess what kind of support and coach would suit you best.

How many pounds can I lose?

Note! Working out is important, but you won't get there without proper nutrition. It's easier to pass up a chocolate bar than burn 500 calories.

With training 3 times a week and following a nutrition plan, you can lose 0.5 to 1 kg per week. This is a healthy and responsible way to lose weight.

During the intake, we will look together at what you are currently struggling with and discuss your goals and you will hear from us how we can help you.

Free trial class

Based on the intake interview, we schedule a few trial classes. We let you experience the workouts and atmosphere at BeyondFit. During the trial class we will do an extensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

Getting Started

If everything from us and from you is satisfactory, we can get started. You will find that training at the beginning takes some getting used to but you will feel at home at Beyondfit from moment one.
