Welcome to BeyondFit Amsterdam. A modern, attractive, equipped physio and fitness practice in Amsterdam West. We are ready to help everyone (young and old) to get and stay fit in an appropriate way. BeyondFit is happy to help seniors stay active and fit in a professional and safe environment. We combine exercise for the elderly with nutritional guidance. You train in a small group with peers. How does it work?
Your journey with BeyondFit starts with an intake and an extensive personal interview. The first appointment is to go through a questionnaire with the physiotherapist. Through an extensive trial lesson, we learn about your exercise capacity is and about your limitations or physical complaints.
Together, we determine what your objectives are. There is a body measurement check every month and an extensive nutritional seminar that is specifically aimed at the elderly. You learn how to prevent diseases and complaints with the right food.
During the 60 plus fitness training we pay attention to moving safely. We take any complaints into account to minimize the risk of injury. By training every week you will find that you feel and function better in daily life.

The Beyondfit senior fitness training sessions are in the mornings on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Yes! with 3 times a week training and healthy eating you can lose half a kilo a week. This is a healthy and responsible way to lose weight.
