Before getting started with small group training, it is important to establish a starting point. To do this, we offer 2 personal training sessions to evaluate your current technique and posture and to determine if you have any injuries. We would recommend alternative exercises for safe workouts in the group session and help you determine your goal.

During the intake, we will look together at what you are currently struggling with and discuss your goals and you will hear from us how we can help you.

Free trial class

Based on the intake interview, we will schedule some trial classes. We let you experience the workouts and atmosphere at Beyondfit. During the trial class we will do a comprehensive body scan and you will meet our personal trainers.

Getting Started
