With proper guidance from our dieticians you develop a healthy and sustainable diet. In addition to training and nutrition, a balance between work, relaxation and sleep is essential. How does it work?

We use an evidence-based approach to nutrition. Our dietary advice is based on scientific facts, not on constantly changing trends. During your intake, the dietitian asks questions about your health, eating habits, lifestyle and your goals. After this intake you will receive a personal nutrition schedule that fits your preferences and lifestyle.

Follow-up treatment

Every 2 weeks you will come for a follow-up consultation, your progress will be monitored and you will receive appropriate guidance, advice and coaching. On top of that, it is possible to come every week for a short follow-up consultation where you can see progress and / or set goals together with the dietician. This way we guide you step by step towards your goal.

Direct accessible dietician and quality

Dietitians at BeyondFit are immediately accessible. This means that you can make an appointment yourself, without first consulting the doctor / specialist. The dietitian practice of BeyondFit consists of recognized dietitians. Our dietitians are registered in the Paramedics Quality Register and are affiliated with the Dutch Association for Dietitians. Quality is therefore guaranteed!

Frequently asked questions

Dietitian practice BeyondFit has contracts with all health insurance providers. From the basic insurance, dietary guidance is reimbursed for 3 hours per year as standard. Please note the deductible. In addition, the dietitian is also reimbursed through a number of additional insurance policies. This differs per insurer. In the overview of additional packages from health insurers you can check whether you are eligible for reimbursement under the supplementary insurance.

This is the first consultation / intake (40 minutes)

Extensive history:

  • Diet history, medical history, psychological factors, sleep pattern, bowel movements, stress level, physical activities, current diet and lifestyle.

Extensive body composition measurement:

  • Height, weight, BMI, fat percentage, fat-free mass, organ fat and waist and
  • Evaluation measurement data

Preparation and discussion of personal goals and treatment plan.

Personal meal plan by e-mail.

Follow-up consultation (20 minutes) / Follow-up consultation short (10 minutes)

Extensive body composition measurement:

  • Height, weight, BMI, fat percentage, fat-free mass, moisture percentage, organ fat and waist and hips size

Evaluate progress:

  • Achieved results and intended goals
  • Experiences, following dietary advice
  • If necessary, adjust nutritional advice

Coaching, motivating and providing information about requested topics

We kindly request you to cancel your appointment with us at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel your appointment in time, we will charge you for the full costs of appointment.
